The whoosh motorsports Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount is the best way to reduce engine movement and increase traction at the same time.  Some Rear Motor Mounts will increase interior Noise Vibrations and Harshness by so much it's not a pleasant driving experience anymore.  On the opposite end there are a few mounts that are so soft you'll hardly know you upgraded after a period of time.

We have come up with a mount that offers the performance required in a rear mount yet minimal interior vibrations will be noticed.

The whoosh motorsports Fiesta ST Performance Rear Motor Mount utilizes custom molded large end 80A durometer bushings and small end 82A durometer bushings to absorb vibrations.  This combination reduces engine movement and improves traction yet doesn't increase NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) to an unbearable level.

big difference with no sacrifices

I had actually gotten the street version originally but was sold out and when I went to change it. Turns out the car already had a cobb street version of it that was pretty old n worn out looking. So I changed it anyway and put a damond motorsports passenger side mount on. I am THRILLED with the difference! The side was so worn out the motor was slapping when I took off even smooth as possible and the car was shifting funky and feeling just worn. I swapped these out tho, and now everything feels super tight. No more shifting and knocking. I had already done cv axles and stabilizer link bars. This was the last bit to make it drive like a new car. Now on to make it faster. The race version tho I dont feel anymore vibration in the car tho. Maybe a tiny bit but the difference it made from that old cobb even. was very nice. I did the side first and drove it and then did the bottom so I did have a chance for comparison. I'd say even as a daily just go for the race version. That's my opinion tho

Whoosh Mount

This mount is nice well built came fast. Install was simple. Have driven it for 1 weeks and noticed a totally different feel in the car it feels more stable seems like it just plants and goes. Totally better then the stock mount feel no movement in the drive drain at all. Top notch part from a top notch company plus the price good parts good price you can't beat that with a baseball bat. Whoosh is definitely the best for your FIESTA ST needs.

Never would I have imagined...

That a $100 part could improve the handling and feel of a car so drastically. The best analogy I have to explain the difference is that the stock RMM makes it feel like your car is being pulled/towed by a stiff bungee when accelerating. Everything feels elastic and unstable. The upgraded RMM on the other hand makes the car feel solid, planted, and stable. All shifts--though 1st to 2nd especially--are smooth and precise. Torque steer is almost non-existent; you'll still feel some under hard acceleration, but it no longer threatens to veer you off the road. And, last but not least, steering feels more responsive overall due to reduced wheel hop.

Now that I've written all of this out, it does make sense how drastic of an improvement this motor mount is over stock. Any car's handling and feel would be improved if the ~300lbs of weight over the front end was no longer allowed to rock back and forth so violently.

Finally, below are a few installation tips, as well as the list of tools I used.

Do the following if you want to minimize NVH:
- Use poly bushing grease on the face of the bushings where they rub against metal.
- Use a jack stand to add light support to the engine/transmission. This helps everything line up correctly during reassembly.
- Use a torque wrench. The 4 bolts (2x lag bolts, 2x stud bolts) that secure the mount should be torqued to ~50ft/lbs, and the remaining 4 locknuts that hold the downpipe bracket should be torqued to ~17ft/lbs.
- Torque down all bolts and locknuts in the order that's pictured.

Tools used:
- 13mm deep well socket
- 3/8 breaker bar
- 3/8 torque wrench

Now, do yourself a favor and buy one of these mounts so that you can enjoy your Fiesta ST that much more!

Fantastic modification and product

I was skeptical at first but post install it feels like a whole different car. Replaced my worn stock rmm and now shifts are very crisp and the car feels even more fun to drive and more engaging. Slight increase in vibration but that was expected. Overall fantastic mod, should have done it when I first bought the car. Install was easy as well
