CSF Triple Pass Performance Radiator Upgrade 2014-2019 Fiesta ST

IN STOCK

The original OE radiator from Ford is a plastic tank with a single row aluminum core design. It has always been inadequate for anyone driving their Fiesta ST hard. Even just commuting in really hot weather can cause overheating issues. Turbo cars get hot, and the 1.6L EcoBoost is no exception. Anything you can do to help keep coolant temps in check will improve the longevity of your engine and help the car run smoothly.

CSF’s 31mm aluminum core is a huge improvement over the factory core. The combination of a thicker core, better tubes/fins, and increased fluid capacity drastically improves the amount of heat the system can absorb and dissipate. CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible cooling performance.

All CSF Performance Radiators are 100% TIG-Welded All Aluminum construction which increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident the CSF radiator will keep your Fiesta ST cool for a long time.

Honestly impressive

I’ve had this for a few weeks and finally got some time to installing it yesterday. The product from opening the box looks fantastic. I’ve done some spirited driving.

Daily highway coolant temps average around 190-200 give or take ambient temperature. Yesterday was around 80degrees, and my temps never went above 190. I did get a lower thermostat I still need to install before full blown summer hits, but from a handful of drives you notice the difference in temps immediately. The factory radiator just could keep up anymore with the summer temps.
I did also pair it with whoosh radiator hoses and coolant reservoir kit. I’m happy and the ca definitely feels happier.
I have attached a photo with the factory radiator and CSF so you can see the difference.
Like others have said: Buy yourself a new radiator drain/bleed plug to go along with it. Save yourself the what if. You won’t regret it.

Excellent radiator

I live in the DFW area and the summer heat had my Fiesta's coolant temp routinely around 210-220 even when cruising on the highway. I would see coolant temps surge to aroubd 230 under boost.

After putting this radiator in coolant temps stay 180-190 and I MIGHT see a surge to 200-205 dueing a long pull.

Well worth the money and not difficult at all to install.

Amazing! So worth it.

I paired this with the purple Whoosh radiator pipes and it functions SO good. No overheating, lower coolant temps, and it looks really pretty.

Ice Cold

A literal 40+ degree drop in coolant temps since installing this radiator. Now my coolant temp doesn’t exceed 200 degrees whereas before it would hit 240 on a typical Phoenix summer day. The stock radiator could not handle the heat.
