NOW available, the Anembo Engineering full replacement billet T6 aluminum intake manifold for the 2014-2019 Ford Fiesta ST 1.6L

Ford Fiesta ST Mk7 Billet Alloy Inlet Plenum

This revised version of our original 1.6 ecoboost plenum is now available. Machined from billet 6082 aluminium it is both lightweight and incredibly strong and robust. It features a slightly higher internal volume than the standard plastic inlet which retains the responsive and punchy characteristics of the ecoboost engine whilst still flowing a enough air at such a rate to improve performance across the rev range.

The standard plastic breather pipe is already a known issue on the ecoboost engine as they are common for splitting, so our plenum comes supplied with a new braided breather pipe which is a direct fit onto your original rocker cover fitting and screws onto the AN12 breather outlet on our plenum. This pipework can also be adapted to suite aftermarket breather tank's and setup's if required, please contact us regarding this.

Our plenum has a fitting on the front of it to allow fitment of the original Ford vacuum pipe, and a boss on the top to accept the original MAP sensor (sensor is shown for illustration purposes only and is not included in the sale) It also has tab's on the side for the wiring loom to clip onto to keep it secure, and included all seals and O rings required to fit.

When tested back to back with a standard plenum on a Mountune 215bhp spec Fiesta ST we saw gains of 10bhp and 10lb/ft of torque, these gains will be even more with a specific map to suite the plenum as the standard safety features within the ecu hold back torque.

Beautiful...and very light

The reason for "only" 4 stars is that I just got it yesterday, and it's not on the car yet, so I'm only reporting on how smooth and beautiful it is. The performance is yet unknown. I'll update this review on the performance when it's on my FiST. I have to pass visual for smog in June (Cali) first, then it's going on the car with an S280 and the Whoosh ported exhaust manifold. I'm on a Stratified E30 tune, so that will help. The ports are visually larger and very smooth like it was Extrude Honed, but this was made that way, not processed.
So far, I will say this is a magnificent looking piece of work and you can obviously see it was crafted. It's almost too nice to put in the Ford engine bay with its corny plastic. I've done a great deal to dress up my engine bay, but this thing hands down will be the jewel that's going in there. If you're wondering about weight, it is extremely light. I can easily pick it up with one hand. Rough guess, it may be lighter than the plastic stock unit.. I'll let you know.
Stay tuned (see what I did there?).
