The OEM downpipe hanger is garbage in comparison to the whoosh unit. You have to make some minor adjustments to pretty much all aftermarket downpipe hangers for any mount to work correctly even OEM. For my case, I had already adjusted my downpipe hangers so the whoosh unit was literally plug and play.
the only issue was my downpipe which required pin adjustments for fitment
Went in easy as ever. It was harder to remove the stock one. The oval holes are nice for the minor side by side adjustment you may need. Mine favored driver side.
Worked really good replaced my worn out stock one. No more rattle
Not that I'll really ever see it, but it does look great and has held up well. Installed when I did my DP after reading about people using the OEM hanger and getting rattles.
Fit snug with my DP from Whoosh, no rattles.
