The whoosh motorsports kit includes (2) rear upper spring pads in 85a black or red polyurethane

7mm Pad thickness to avoid raising the ride height in the rear of the Fiesta ST 

These urethane rear upper spring pads for the Fiesta ST are a direct replacement for the stock rubber pads. We've noticed the original rubber pads wear out prematurely, leading to squeaks from the rear suspension. The urethane spring pads are much stronger and durable, quietly keeping the spring from contacting the body.

Great replacement for the junk factory isolators

Having the wheels off the back of my ST, I noticed the OEM rubber pads were disintegrating and smooshed down. A set of these and about an hour of work to install them (Very easy to do with a second jack) and I was good to go. Definitely going to hold up better than factory and were installed without a problem. Check out YouTube videos for how to replace them.
