This upgrade is a must

From Miami and my car would reach 225-230s at idle during lunch break. Finally upgraded. Easy install. Dont let removing the crash bar intimidate you. Now the highest temps i see are 193F. Even the oil temps are lower while spirited driving. Highly recommend this upgrade

Amazing!

Just like most of the FiST's out there mine was overheating often hitting the 220's so I went with this radiator w/ fan shroud and also bought the 160° thermostat to go with it. Since install I never go past 183° while cruising and freeway at around 80-90 never goes above 185°. 10 out of 10 would recommend, install was fairly easy as long as you have some back up to help lift the crash bar back into place. Honestly the worst part is the thermostat housing haha

Beat the heat

Only installed it a little under two weeks ago and first impressions are great. 2018 with 11.5k miles at time of install. Installed without doing a thermostat upgrade and filled with 70/30 distilled water and concentrate plus a splash of Water Wetter (Southern CA climate). Once warmed up, coolant temps sit between 185°-200° and don't move. Driving done is 90% in the city with stop & go traffic slowing things down in both directions and the highest my coolant has gone is 206° in 100°+ weather regularly.

Small small sample size but very happy with the purchase so far and it has made a huge impact on keeping my temps down during this summer heat. Purchased with Whoosh coolant hoses and they fit like a glove. I followed along with the Mishimoto install video for the product and it walks you through the entire job. The tabs on the bottom of the radiator weren't a perfect fit but a pair of pliers is all that was needed.

Excited to see how it holds up and will try to update after 10k milesish
